Guidelines for participation in Eureka Lab

1. This session will include 6-minute presentations of well-thought-out solutions / innovations to existing problems or research questions.

2. It is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the conference to be able to present the work.

3. The entire session will have 2 of the best ‘Eureka prizes’.

4. All prizes will be given to the presenting author only.

5. No change in the presenting author will be allowed during the session.

6. Evaluation criteria will be based on the novelty of research, utility in clinical practice, alignment of solution to the research question / problem, overall presentation, response to judges’ QnA and adherence to time.

7. Any conflicts of interest pertaining to the research should be clearly declared.

8. Please note that the session along with the presentation may be video-taped for inclusion in the proceedings of the conference or media promotions.
