General Registration Guidelines:

  • All attendees are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate.
  • Kindly notify us promptly in case you discover any discrepancies in your registration details. This will ensure a smooth and error-free registration process. Please contact us at reg.ccczc2026@gmail.com, and remember to include your Registration ID in all future correspondence.
  • A confirmation email containing your Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates. Please present this confirmation at the registration counter upon arrival.
  • Please note that the registration fee includes GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Should you have any inquiries or encounter any difficulties during the registration process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at reg.ccczc2026@gmail.com.
  • Conference registration is mandatory to register for HelpMeSee and WETLABS.

Member:

  • To be considered as an ISMSICS / MOS Member, the membership number is mandatory and needs to be mentioned in the registration form.

Post Graduate:

  • To be considered for the Postgraduate Student category, it is mandatory to submit a letter from your Head of Department (HOD) confirming your enrollment in the respective institution.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The registration for CCC Zonal Conference 2026 is non refundable & non transferable.
